To ensure a clear and fair process, we have outlined our refund policy below, detailing the conditions under which refunds may be issued and the steps you need to take to request a refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds are only applicable under the exceptional circumstances outlined below, which we will prioritize for approval.

1. You were automatically charged as you failed to cancel your subscription, but there has been no usage during the new billing cycle;You were misled into making a payment or made a payment on the wrong account or platform, with no usage of the service;You made an in-service purchase but due to a technical issue or system failure, you did not receive any result.

Refunds will not be provided for user errors, such as accidental purchases or misinterpretation of service features.

REFUNDS REQUEST PROCEDURE

If you subscribed or purchased credits on the Artguru website through Stripe, PayPal, DukPay, or Dlocal, please use the in-service refund request feature to initiate your refund. This is the fastest and most efficient method. Or you may request a refund through email. Be sure to include your transaction details and a clear explanation of the reason for your refund request. Artguru will review your request and determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined above. While we strive to process all requests promptly, we usually require 72 hours for a response. In some extraordinary cases, we may take more time to process your request. 

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
